• Have a Valid Driver’s License
• Are not in Active Bankruptcy (ok if dismissed)
• Have less than 2 Car Repossessions

And can answer “Yes” to 2 or more of the following questions*:
1.Do You Own or are Currently Buying your Home?
2.Do You Live in Crittenden County?
3.Can You Bring in Proof of Address and a Pay Stub?
4.Have you had a Full-Time Job for at least 1 year?
